FB ZAR_Brothers in Mankweng takes it to the street campaigning against gender based violence and human trafficking in South Africa, marching from the Mankweng Complex to Paledi Mall on the 28 November 2020, Saturday morning at 09HOO.
The campaign is through a walk movement whereby the sisters and brothers marches to Paledi mall in making an awareness of this pandemic, they sings and raising written board that display a message of how they feel about the reasons people think can be the cause of this attack, written stop violence against woman, stop killing us and my dress is not an excuse.
The Secretary of FB Zar_Brothers Israel Lebea says they sat down and plan to act in protecting woman and make an awareness, they want to ask a man of why are they killing the women, this starts with man. They say this thing must stop now and there should be a change. They have realized that the woman will not do this alone but themselves as Zar Brothers are willing to help them fight.
Group of FB Zar_Sisters says gender-based violence is a sensitive matter. It is what is happening in their life because they are being attacked and killed each day. Therefore, that is why their brothers decides to campaign against it. They further say that they live in fear, they cannot walk alone this days.
