Musina Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo has been closed down with immediate effect amid the spike in safety measures concerns.

Department of Justice and Constitutional Development spokesperson Steve Mahlangu says the court has been issues with a prohibited notice by the Department of Labour.

Mahlangu says , until all issues raised by the Department of Labour have been attended to and the building receives clearance , the Cash Hall Building that houses the District Court and Regional Court is about to shut its doors.

Furthermore , Mahlangu says arrangements have been made by consent of all stakeholders to have the high profile SANDF bail application case moved to Louis Trichardt Court on Thursday and service delivery at Mesisi Periodical Court is not affected, the court is still seated on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as per their schedule.
