Mikel Arteta is the most happy man after having the service of one of his most trusted player within his squad.
Arsenal shot-stopper David Raya believes that the return of one of their soldier is a huge boost for them after enduring injuries within their camp.
Martin Odegaard managed to record a total of Hour and Thirty minutes(90min) in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea, after recovering from ankle injury he sustained back in September.
Raya went on to emphasize that the captain played a huge role on and off the field during their previous fixture.
He said “We know how important Martin is for us, not just on the pitch but off the pitch as well. He drives us, he gives us that extra edge, of course, he’s the club captain as well. He just shows on the pitch the quality he has and what he gives to the team, so we’re really happy to have him back.
“The most important thing is the next game, so we just go step-by-step, game-by-game, training-by-training and that’s the most important thing.
“It’s too long to think ahead and stuff like that so make sure we’re still in the present and that’s it, just go game-by-game.”
Martin Odegaard will be hoping to get more minutes when his side will be up against Nottingham Forest on 23rd November for EPL(English Premier League).
