After struggling to maintain good results when it comes to La Liga, finally Barcelona managed to reclaim first spot yesterday.
Hansi Flick together with his troops managed to collect maximum points yesterday against Rayo Valloceno.
They were some key players who missed yesterday’s clash and they are not on the injury list.
One of the players who not available was Marc Casado who displayed fantastic show when Barca were playing against Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
But the promising young star Casado was then being sidelined after the error he committed against Atletico Madrid.
Even though he was later given chance to redem himself against Athletic Club and Real Madrid during Spanish Supercup, he didn’t play the whole 90 minutes during those two fixtures.
During the past seven fixtures Casado was brought in as substitute twice and missed out on the other five matches.
When asked if Casado had done anything wrong to lose his place, Flick didn’t confirm why Spanish midfielder is not given minutes.

He said “No. He has not done anything wrong. I am also speaking Casa, at the moment it is like this because Frenkie is doing really well, he also gives a good level in ball possession, and moments. This we need, at the moment it’s like this, Frenkie starts, but Casa is also doing good.
“So it’s not like this, when one plays, it is something against the other. Everyone has their job. We are one team, and when everyone plays, they have to play well, it’s a normal thing.”
Hansi Flick went on to share his thoughts regarding how his side performed and highlighted that he is pleased with how his players are gelling together.
He said “I am very satisfied with the performance of the entire team. It is easy to change players.
“That is very important and is what I pass on to the team. And even more so at the moment of the season we are in.”
Hansi Flick will be hoping to put Real Madrid under pressure as they will be facing Las Palmas on Saturday 22 February and kickoff set at 22:00.
