In the past seasons/ transfer windows they were rumors that Namibian striker Peter Shalulile was wanted man across Africa and Europe.
Even though injuries delayed his progress now Shalulile has find his mojo under new coach Miguel Cardoso.
His current form has captured the eye of former clubs striker Roger Feutmba, who believes Namibian striker has what it takes to excel in England’s top flight.
Feutmba said “Even before he joined Sundowns, Shalulile could have gone to Europe and would have made it there.
“You know Sundowns don’t just buy any player, they buy quality. That means he was a top striker even before joining Sundowns. He has shown his potential that he can play anywhere and score goals.
“He has contributed to the growth of Sundowns and that has seen him winning the top goalscorer as well as Player of the Season awards and that quality is good enough for him to play in Europe, and even in England. Even now, he can still play in the English Premier League.
“If you see how Munetsi started after leaving Orlando Pirates, going to France and now at Wolves, it proves that he has what it takes and the same could have been to Peter, but as I have said, maybe it was not his choice at that time or no good offers came through.
“But it’s not too late, he can still make it in England, even now.”
