Former Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro believes Samuel Chukwueze will improve under the current AC Milan tactician Paulo Fonseca.
Nigerian international has not rediscovered his best form that saw him join Spanish side Villarreal at the moment with Italian side AC Millan.
The pacy winger has scored six goals and registered four assists in 56 games across all competitions for AC Milan.
However the former Nigerian coach Jose Peseiro have a hope that AC Millan coach can help Chukwueze to regain his form back.
He said “Two excellent players. I trained one (Chukwueze) in the Nigerian national team, and the other (Rafael Leao) I would have loved to have at Sporting.
“Extraordinary players, with great quality and potential to grow even further. And I believe that Paulo Fonseca will help them become even better.”
Currently Peseiro is still unemployed since he hand over his resignation latter to the Nigerian Football Federation.
Super Eagles will be hoping to secure a spot in the upcoming World Cup as they are competing with tricky and difficult opponents such as Bafana Bafana and Rwanda to name few.
Nigeria are placed at Group C and are currently on fifth spot with three points. They have lost to Benin, played draw against Rwanda, Bafana Bafana and Lesotho.
