Happy Jele who earned himself love from club fans want Pirates to keep current head coach Jose Riveiro for another two season or more.
Jele stayed/ played for a decade and almost half of decade at Pirates after spending 14 years with club after joining from Amatuks(University of Pretoria) back in 2007/08 season.
Jele managed to capped above 400 games under hiis belt at packtown. Even though he failed to won trophy under his leadership, he played huge role at the club.
He received more praises after keeping clean sheet as a goalkeeper after back then pirates number one keeper Jackson Mabokgwane received red card.
Happy Jele wishes that management of the club should extend the contract of Spanish tactician, as he feels like Reviero brought stability within the club.
He said “I wish they can keep him, extend maybe for another two years. He’s proven people wrong that he is a great coach, and we have seen it.”
Since taking charge of Orlando Pirates, Riveiro has garnered attention for his ability to transform the team.
The Spanish coach has instilled a sense of discipline and organization, which has been key to their positive results.
As Riviero together with his troops are persuading the glory within African continent, the Spanish tactician has introduced himself within fanbase of Orlando Pirates.
Soo far Jose Riveiro has earned himself a slogan called Cup specialist in South Africa after winning 5 domestic trophies on his first two seasons with searobbers.
With growing support from key figures within the team, including Jele, the question of Riveiro’s future at the club remains a hot topic.

As things stand Pirates are currently on second spot both locally and international (Betway and CAF) tied on points with number one.
