Wrexham star shared his deepest condolences to Waller family

As we all know that death is the bride of all family, but Wrexham super star Ryan Reynolds shocked by death of Aiden Waller.

Reynolds meet Aiden Waller back in 2022 when he invited him together with his family to watch their home fixture against Maidstone United.

Aiden, who along with his family lived in Essex, had endured three battles with cancer and one of his main wishes was to meet the Deadpool star.

Reynolds learned about this tragedy yesterday (5th February) after Aiden’s mother Sarah announced her son’s death.

She wrote; “Aiden sadly passed away this morning peacefully. No pain and holding our hands.

“He fought a hard 3 year battle with a strength we could only wish to have. Forever smiling. @VancityReynolds thank you for making a dream come true x”

Reynolds immediately took his time to comfort Aiden’s mother ‘Sarah’ as he responded through his X page.

He wrote “I’m sorry, Sarah. He was pure goodness. No parent should go thru this. His visits were as much for you as they were for him.

“He had a sense of wellbeing and a sense of calm because you gave him YOURS. That sacrifice is unimaginable. You’re welcome at our club and town forever.”

Ryan got in touch with Aiden and asked him to spend the afternoon with him at the Racecourse Ground.

After undergoing his then-most recent bout of chemotherapy, Aiden and his family travelled up to north Wales and were given a very warm welcome by Ryan and co-owner of Wrexham AFC, Rob McElhenney.

Such treatment didn’t go unnoticed as Aiden’s mother went on to share how they received Royal treatment.

Sarah said “We were welcomed like family, it was just little simple acts of kindness that they didn’t have to do, it made me want to cry.

“Ryan invited Aiden down to the front row of seats to sit next to him for the game, it was just little things like that, that make the difference.

“He, Rob and Rob’s family were all amazing, we couldn’t fault any of them, they were all so down to earth.”
