South African Black community face the most embarrassing situation every across the country.
Some face the challenges of kidnapping while other communities faces the lack of service delivery amongst themselves.
Meanwhile the youth unemployment is the issue that is the most nightmare amongst black South African youth.
On the other hands the lack of water is becoming the most difficult situation each and every black community encounter.
Here is the statement released by Emfuleni local Municipality:
Meanwhile the leaders of the Municipality’s are the ones who are creating such problems with an aim to loot the money.
NB: Most of the Mayors from different municipality have been looting money across South Africa including DA in Cape Town.
