According to SAPS statement: The police in Limpopo are appealing to members of the public for information that may lead to the arrest of Dennis Hlako-Mabetwa, who is #wanted for brutally attacking a woman in Mookgophong and killing his partner in Seshego.
The suspect is alleged to have severely assaulted a woman with a sharp object in Mookgophong before proceeding to Seshego, where he allegedly strangled his partner to death on Monday, 26 January 2026.
The cases of attempted murder and murder have since been transferred to the Provincial Tracking Team to intensify the manhunt and ensure the swift arrest of the suspect.
The suspect’s photographs are attached to assist the public in identifying him. Community members are urged to report any information to the police as a matter of urgency.
