MEC Maseko to conduct oversight visit to Moutse West Public Library Construction Site in Sekhukhune District The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture Limpopo, MEC Funani Jerry Maseko, will today conduct an oversight visit to the Moutse West Public Library construction site in Sekhukhune District Municipality.
The purpose of the visit is to assess the progress made thus far, monitor compliance with project timelines and ensure that the infrastructure development meets the required standards and specifications.
The Moutse West Public Library project forms part of the Department’s ongoing programme to expand access to library and information services, particularly in rural and urban communities.
The completion of the Moutse West Public Library is expected to significantly improve access to knowledge resources in the area, while also creating opportunities for community programmes, learner support initiatives, and digital inclusion.
The Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture remains steadfast in its mission to build sustainable infrastructure that empowers communities and advances social cohesion across the province.
