As South Africa keeps on enduring the high rocket of food prices in the market, they are some of people who still fails to afford the food.
They are many youth unemployed across the country and that lead to more people found themselves being in part of poverty.
Many of the families are basically relaying on social grands to feed themselves and sometimes it doesn’t cover the bills.
KwaZulu-Natal like any other province across the country most of the farmers are suffering from producing food to the top shelves.
Some of the local or small scale farmers were pleading with the government to help them to be able to put their food on the shelves.
Now department of Employment and Labour in KwaZulu-Natal has issued a date where they will ass the farms and help.
Here is the statement from Department:
“Deputy Minister Jomo Sibiya, Deputy Minister Sihle Zikalala and Deputy Minister Njabulo Nzuza will spearhead Multidisciplinary High Impact Blitz Inspections in and around KwaZulu Natal Province.”

NB: There more local farmers are failing to produce the food that can cover the entire province, the more food will be expensive on the retailers shelves.
