Bafana Bafana have announced 23 man squad that will face Panama on the international breaks

Last time South African senior male squad was playing was back last year December during the African Cup of Nation.

Since then the 2023/2024 Semi finalist have been on the brake and are set to face world ranked 33rd on FIFA rankings.

The next opponent for Broos and his troops is Panama and Broos has traimed his squad to 23 man squad from 48 players previously selected.

On the squad list they are players that are making way back to the squad and some of the players are dropped out.

The missing players from Bross squad is the raining Goalkeeper of the Season and Orlando Pirates shotstopper Sipho Chaine, Mohau Nkota to name few.

Meanwhile the players who are making U-turn to the national team are: Themba Zwane, Bonginkosi Hlongwane, Jayden Adam’s and Thapelo Maseko.

Meanwhile Ime Okon is one of the players that are being called back into the Bafana Bafana set-up.

On his interview during the final squad, Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos revealed why he didn’t select Orlando Pirates shotstopper.

On his response to exclusion of Chaine, Bafana technician/master planner; Bross revealed that he doesn’t run a charity and said he want to observe Sekhukhune keeper Leaner and Chaine lacks some personality of the field.
