After many years people waiting for houses at Gauteng particularly, Department of housing decided to provide shelter.
Even though thousands of the South African citizens still staying in the informal settlement, the Housing department releave the stress to some.
Earlier on today Department of Housing has shared on their web page/Facebook page that they have handed over the houses.
Here is the statement released by department:
Officially launched today in Katlehong, Sebenzile Lofts delivers affordable rental housing for working individuals and families earning below R22 000 per month.
The development offers 21 quality rental units, providing safe, dignified accommodation for those who may not yet be ready for home ownership but require secure, well-located housing close to transport, jobs and social amenities.
Sebenzile Lofts reflects how partnerships are expanding access to rental housing and strengthening township communities.
