Everyday the rights of children’s across the country are been violated and some face harsh treatment.
They are some children’s who are being unfairly treated as some are being denied foods at homes.
Recently stats shows that many children are being abused sexually, while others are being abused emotionally.
Last few weeks ago they were report that highlighted the abuse at schools from their teachers, as one learner lost hand after being beaten for not writing Homework.
Earlier on today Department of Social Development at Free State have revealed that they will fight the issue of children’s abuse as we celebrate children protection month and Mothers month.
Here is the statement released by Free State Department of Social Development:
The awareness dialogue focuses on educating learners and the community about child protection, the prevention of statutory rape, children’s rights, and the importance of reporting abuse and exploitation.
The programme seeks to encourage safer communities and promote collective responsibility in protecting children from all forms of harm and violence.“Let us build a better future for our children and create a safer environment for our children.”CHILD PROTECTION MONTH.
NB: Even illegal Immigrants are also abusing/voiliting the rights of children as they sell poisoners foods to them.
While others illegal immigrants are kidnapping the children’s and sell them out of the country and others children are forced into Sex work(Prostitution).
