Lephalale Municipality informed the residents about the water cuttage after burst of pipe

Most of the areas across the country are enduring the lack of water for a while some for years.

On the other hand some areas are misusing the water while the nation face serious deep water crises.

Earlier on today Municipality of Lephalale have revealed that area such as Onverwacht will be out of water for a while.

Here is the statement released by Municipality:

Residents of Onverwacht are informed that a pipe burst has occurred at Kameeldoring Street, resulting in an interruption of the water supply to certain areas of Onverwacht.

The Municipal Maintenance Team is currently isolating the affected valves to undertake the necessary repairs.

According to the works[maintenance team] job is expected to done and dust before sunset by 17:00 today.
