The Premier office have announced that indeed the Premier herself will be available at Mankweng Hospital for Operation of two children’s.
The operation is set to take place today where joint twins will be separated and the process will take place at 16:00.
Here is the statement released by Office of Premier:
Limpopo Premier, Dr Phophi Ramathuba, will today, Tuesday, 17 March 2026, receive briefing from surgeons following the surgical separation of conjoined twins at Mankweng Hospital.
The Premier will receive a comprehensive medical briefing from Professor Nyaweleni Tshifularo, who led the multidisciplinary team of clinicians responsible for performing this complex and life-changing procedure.
News reporter are allowed to be present at the day of the briefing[ceremony day].
