South African Police Service at Mooinooi have encouraged residents report any crime activities

On 11 March 2026 at 11:00, Mooinooi SAPS in the Bojanala sub-district 1 conducted a door-to-door awareness campaign at Modderspruit.

Mooinooi SAPS Social Crime Prevention and Mooinooi SAPS management, in partnership with Mooinooi CPF executive members, carried out the campaign to sensitise community members on preventing robberies at their houses and businesses and to promote cooperation between community members and local authorities.

South African police services have urged the residents encouraged to report suspicious activities in their village.

During the campaign, pamphlets, fridge magnets, and personal alarms supplied by Memeza were issued to the community to spread awareness.

Posters with safety tips on dealing with robberies were also displayed on walls at shops and liquor establishments.

Stakeholders involved included SAPS, CPF, the Department of #CommunitySafety and Transport, and Spiritual Crime Prevention.

The campaign successfully reached different stakeholders and many people are coming forward to support the Idea.
