After heavy rainfall over the weekend and over the past few days, some roads and electric power supply at Emfuleni were damaged.
The residents under the Emfuleni Municipality who are out of electricity are encouraged to not panic as the Municipality is dealing with the issue.
Those who are still out of the energy supply are urged to report the crisis direct to the Municipality as soon as possible.
Emfuleni Municipality have also showed the appreciation to those who were patient throughout the process.
NB: The Municipality has been involved in the scandal of the corruption where the workers of Municipality have been chewing money of the city.
Note: Amount of R38 million were misused under the city and according to the allegations, the money was reported to buy UD trucks and Toyota Hilax which even to date are nowhere to be found.
One of the top elite worker under the city applied for tander under his company name to buy those vehicles.
