As the country face/experiences the growing numbers of rainfalls, they are going to be high risk of people being affected.
Even though the number/cases of malaria is too low across the country, mosquito are going to rapidly grow in high number.
Department of Tourism and together with Department of Health, have been calling for the protect of malaria.
Here is the statement released by Department of Tourism:
Malaria season is upon us. Tourism businesses in Malaria areas are encouraged to promote prevention, early treatment, and safe practice especially in flood-affected areas to protect visitors, staff, and destination confidence.
